First Half of June
June 6th and 7th is the Siouxland Renaissance Festival at the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds here in Sioux Falls! 2026 is also the Siouxland Renaissance Festival’s 25th anniversary. Take a trip back in time to 1575!
Get a run in while supporting a worthy cause! Health Connects Human Race is happening on June 6th, and will be supporting 21 non-profit partners. When you sign up, you get to choose where part of your registration fee goes.
Do you enjoy some comedy? Matt Rife is coming to Sioux Falls on June 12th! He will be performing his Stay Golden World Tour at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center.
Wanting to try out some paddling for free? The Outdoor Campus will be hosting a Super Saturday of FREE Paddling on June 13th. No registration is required for this open house event.
Harrisburg Days are June 12th-14th for 2026. These four days are filled with family fun! Check out the carnival, live music, parade, food trucks, and more!

Second Half of June
Speaking of hometown days, Teapot Days are June 17th-20th in Tea! Don’t miss out on the Teapot Days Parade happening on June 20th at 10 am. During Teapot Days, you can also check out vendors, a carnival, a car festival, and more!
Ice Cream Days are happening not too far away at the Ice Cream Capital of the World in Le Mars, Iowa. Enjoy a very sweet event from June 17th to 20th.
June 20th is Super Saturday Fishing Day at the Outdoor Campus. No registration is required for this drop-in day of fishing fun. Remember that all classes at the Outdoor Campus are free!
Zoofari is happening at the Great Plains Zoo on the evening of June 25th. This is an adults-only event, perfect for a girls’ night out or date night!

All Month Long
Farmers Market at Falls Park will be open every Saturday in June from 8am-1pm. Check out the fresh fruits, vegetables, and flowers. You can often check out some live music and food-truck like vendors as well!
For a mid-week market, The Lake Lorraine Farmers Market is open from 4-7 p.m. every Thursday in the month of June!
The Levitt at the Falls will be playing shows for the whole month of June! With acts performing on Thursday, Fridays, and Saturdays each week.
Looking for a chill experience? Great Bear is hosting their Wednesday night Chill at the Hill events all month long. Enjoy live music, good vibes, and great food.
Enjoy some time in our amazing state parks at Good Earth State Park for their Summer Concert series. There is live music every Sunday night starting at 4 pm, along with a different food truck every Sunday! Make sure to check out their kids’ programming as well, happening all summer long.
