45 Days Before Your Child’s Birthday
Parents will receive a Birthday Club email packed with exclusive offers and discounts from local businesses to help you plan the celebration. This email will also include a special Prairie Farms birthday gift form—simply fill it out so your child can receive their surprise in the mail! Form must be filled out 2 weeks prior to your child’s birthday! We recommend filling out the form right away so it’s done and busy parents don’t forget.
On (or Near) Your Child’s Birthday
Thanks to our 2026 Birthday Club sponsor, Prairie Farms, birthday kiddos will receive a FREE special birthday gift delivered right to their mailbox—our way of making their day even sweeter!

On the date of their birthday, coupons and/or offers from our sponsors will be emailed to you, redeemable for the specified time on each offer. Your free membership will automatically renew on an annual basis. Should you wish to cancel, email your request to [insertemailaddress]. All offers and conditions are subject to change.
