Dakota Spirit
Dakota Spirit has been a longtime name in Sioux Falls-area cheerleading and offers opportunities for athletes at a variety of skill and commitment levels. Families can choose from introductory and developmental options, All-Star Prep and All-Star Elite teams, as well as tumbling and flexibility classes. The program also offers Cheer Abilities, providing an inclusive opportunity for athletes of all abilities.
With recreational options as well as competitive teams that travel to major competitions, Dakota Spirit can be a place for athletes who are just discovering cheer as well as those who are ready to take the sport more seriously.

Ultimate Dance & Cheer
Ultimate Dance & Cheer, located just outside Sioux Falls near the Tea exit, offers both dance and cheer opportunities for young athletes. The studio offers All Star Cheer along with performance, prep, pre-elite, and elite team options. It’s a good option for families looking for a program that combines cheer, dance and performance in one place.

Dynamic Cheer & Dance
Located in Brandon, Dynamic Cheer & Dance gives young athletes the chance to explore both cheerleading and dance. Their studio motto is “Attitude is Everything” and they strive to have a positive atmosphere for both students and families.
Dynamic also offers team opportunities for athletes interested in taking their dance training to a competitive level, making it an option for families who may want to explore both sides of the performance world.

Power & Grace Gymnastics
Power & Grace Gymnastics offers more than traditional gymnastics. The Sioux Falls gym is also home to the Wild Cats competitive cheer program, giving athletes an opportunity to combine gymnastics-based skill development with competitive cheer.
The gym also offers tumbling and other gymnastics programs, making it a great option for athletes who want to build the strength, flexibility, balance and body control that can help them progress in cheer.

North Dakota Elite
Despite its name, North Dakota Elite has a Sioux Falls location and offers all-star cheerleading and tumbling right here in the Sioux Falls area. The program offers several ways to get involved, including Intro to All Star, Fundamentals, Half Year Cheer and Full Year Cheer.
That range can make North Dakota Elite an appealing option for families who want to try competitive cheer without immediately committing to a full-year program. Athletes can work on stunting, jumps, tumbling, flexibility and performance skills while building toward more advanced competition.

Prime Time Cheer
Prime Time Cheer brings cheerleading and tumbling opportunities in Brandon. Its recreational cheer program introduces younger athletes to jumps, stunts and tumbling, while the half-year competitive program gives older athletes the opportunity to learn a routine and compete without making the commitment of a full-year competitive season.
Prime Time also offers tumbling classes, making it a place where athletes can work on individual skills in addition to team cheer.
