Cherry Rock Farms
Located just a short drive from Sioux Falls, Cherry Rock Farms offers a charming country experience with a variety of pumpkins to choose from. The farm’s pumpkin patch is expansive, with pumpkins of all shapes and sizes. Beyond pumpkins, Cherry Rock Farms also offers hayrides, a corn maze (open depending on the year), and a selection of fall produce, making it a perfect spot for a full day of family fun.
That Pickin Patch
That Pickin Patch is a true pumpkin patch! Located near Parker andHumblot, this patch is popular for their U-Pick pumpkins. They have a self-service station, which means that the patch is open most of the time for picking. On the weekends you can also find their farm market store open, along with fun fall activities.
Our Farm
Our Farm, located outside of Parker, SD, is filled with Fall Fun! You can purchase a pre-picked pumpkin at Our Farm, but they are also known for their U-Pick Pumpkin Patch. Our Farm hosts a fall festival during the months of September and October. Enjoy their corn maze, corn pit, slides, pedal track, and more.
Country Apple Orchard
Just a few miles south of Sioux Falls in Harrisburg, the Country Apple Orchard is a popular destination for fall activities in the Sioux Falls Area. While they’re well-known for their apple picking, the orchard also features a pumpkin patch during the fall season. Every weekend in September and October has a different fun theme for their Fall Festivals. For those just wanting to pick apples or pumpkins there is good news, both of these areas are before the gate for admission. This is a great spot to create lasting fall memories with your family.
Mazing Acres
Take a drive south down to Yankton, SD and check out Mazing Acres! They are one of the largest fall festival locations in the area. Check out their slide, corn maze, photo set-ups, obstacle course, and more. If you are looking for a pumpkin patch that has it all, this is a great stop.
The Harvest
This simple pumpkin patch is just north of Lennox. If you are wanting a quieter pumpkin patch experience that focuses on their local produce, this place will be perfect for you. They are a family farm and during the fall they also sell other vegetables along with homemade fall decor.
Hoversten Orchard
Hoversten Orchard, just outside of Sioux Falls, is a local favorite for picking apples. This laid-back family farm is perfect for those wanting a relaxing fall day. Every fall they have a limited amount of fresh squash and pumpkins for purchase!
Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park
If you’re looking for a pumpkin patch with a side of adventure, Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park in Sioux Falls is the place to go. This family-friendly campground offers a pumpkin patch as part of their fall activities, along with hayrides, a spooky haunted trail, and plenty of Yogi Bear-themed fun. Riverview Christmas Tree Farm
While primarily known for their Christmas trees, Riverview Christmas Tree Farm in Canton also offers a delightful pumpkin patch in the fall.
