Ingredients:
- Milk, ½ -1 Cup
- Sweetened Condensed Milk, 1 14 oz Can
- Pumpkin Puree, 4 Tbsp
- Pumpkin Pie Spice, 1 tsp
- Vanilla, 1 tsp
How to Make:
- Heat a pot to low/medium heat
- Once hot add 3-5 Tbsp pumpkin puree. Add more or less depending on how much of a pumpkin flavor you want.
- Cook pumpkin puree for 1 min, stirring often. This will help bring out its flavor.
- Add 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice. Cook the pumpkin mixture, stirring, until fragrant.
- Whisk in ½ cup milk. Add an additional ½ cup if you want a thinner creamer.
- Whisk in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Simmer gently for a few minutes until you reach desired consistency. Remember it will firm up more once cooled. Add more milk if needed.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the vanilla.
- Cool and store in the fridge for up to one week.
- Before use, give the creamer a quick stir since separation is natural.
Tips:
- Feel free to strain or blend the creamer at the end if you are wanting a super smooth consistency. Depends on personal preference!
- Use whatever milk you like in this recipe. You can even use cream if looking for something extra decadent!
- Try it in both hot and iced coffee!
- Add it to hot chocolate for that fall touch.
- Store in a mason jar for easy use. Simply shake to mix well.
Save this recipe so that you can enjoy Pumpkin Spiced lattes year round! No more waiting for fall to come for creamers to hit the stores. Make it at home, just the way you like it, wherever the mood hits.
