For more than 20 years, Foley’s Heating & Air Conditioning has been part of the Sioux Falls community. While the company’s team may be small- just three people- their commitment to the community has always been anything but.
For Travis Ball and the Foley’s team, being a local business means more than just serving customers. It means investing in the place they call home.
Treating Customers Right
“We want our legacy in Sioux Falls to be that we were trustworthy, honest, and care about the community we serve,” Travis says.
That commitment starts with the way Foley’s treats its customers. The company provides heating and air conditioning services, emphasizing doing what’s right for the customer and building relationships that last. As a locally owned business, the team knows its reputation is built one customer at a time.
But their investment in Sioux Falls extends well beyond their work.
Community Impact
Over the years, Foley’s has made significant donations to Feeding South Dakota, which is especially meaningful given the company’s small size. Supporting organizations that make a difference in the community is one way the team works to make a larger impact.
Local schools are another important part of Foley’s community involvement. Travis shared about a memorable effort to help during the COVID-19 pandemic. When hand sanitizer became difficult to find, he purchased thousands of dollars’ worth and donated it to Sioux Falls elementary schools.
For Travis, giving back is personal. He enjoys raising his family in Sioux Falls and appreciates what the city offers while still maintaining a close-knit feel.
After more than two decades in Sioux Falls, Foley’s continues to look toward the future with the same goal: to be a business the community can trust to keep their homes comfortable, and to be a company that genuinely cares about the community it calls home.
