Question: Why does it seem like my AC system runs all the time?  

– Is the AC system actually running, or is it just the fan inside turned on to constantly move air throughout the house? 

– When was the last time preventive maintenance was performed on the outdoor unit? 

– What is the condition of the outdoor unit? 

– Are there bushes or plants growing into or over the outdoor unit?  

– When was the filter last replaced? 

– Is the filter too restrictive for proper airflow? 

– How hot is it outside?  If you are maintaining a temperature 20° cooler inside than the temperature outside, your system should be working properly.
