Question: Does Learning Have to Start in the Fall?
Not at all! While traditional schools begin in the fall, learning doesn’t have to follow a calendar.
At our microschool, students can enroll at any time of the year and learn at a pace that fits their individual needs. Year-round learning also helps reduce the “summer slide,” when students often lose some of the progress they made during a long summer break. Instead of spending weeks reviewing forgotten material each fall, students continue building on their skills with fewer interruptions.
Whether your child is ready for a fresh start, needs extra support, or is ready to move ahead, there’s no reason to wait until August or September. Education isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is the school calendar.
