The holidays have a way of filling our calendars – and our plates! This year, try adding a new tradition everyone will enjoy.

Take a Holiday Lights Walk

Choose a neighborhood or local lights display. Bundle up and explore the holiday lights. Let kids vote on their favorite display.

Build a Christmas Tree You Can Eat

Turn fruits and veggies into a holiday masterpiece! Check out our recipe postcard in this month’s magazine for inspiration!

Play Before Dessert

Before dessert, get everyone moving with a scavenger hunt, holiday dance party, or outdoor winter fun.

Make a Family Holiday Breakfast

Start a holiday morning tradition with a breakfast the whole family can make. Try whole grain pancakes with fruit, a veggie egg bake, or baked oatmeal muffin cups.

Try 12 Days of Holiday Movement

Try a 12-day movement countdown. Let kids help pick activities and check them off as you go.

Start with one idea, add your family’s twist and make it something everyone looks forward to each year!
