New Directions is partnering with Special Olympics “Young Athletes!”
What: Special Olympics “Young Athletes” is an innovative program designed to introduce children ages 2-7 with intellectual disabilities to the world of sport and play.
When: July 9, 16, 23, 30 August 6, 13 2024
Time: 6:00 pm- 7:00 pm
Location: Special Olympics South Dakota Unify Center
900 E. 1-90 Lane, Sioux Falls, SD
Deadline to Register: Noon July 8, 2024
Fee: No Cost
Other: An adult is required to chaperone and participate. A Unified Partner (child without an intellectual disability) of similar age to the Young Athlete is welcome, but not required. Closed toed shoes should be worn.
Minimum/Maximum: 5/20
Note: There is no penalty for missing classes. We hope to see you as often as your schedule allows!
