Let’s change the way we educate today’s younger generation surrounding menstrual health!

Think back to how you were introduced to your menstrual cycle. Many women I work with and talk to have varied stories with the same underlying tone.

Your period signals you becoming a woman, and it sucks.
You bleed for a few days.
You’ll only have one good week a month.
Here’s some feminine hygiene products, which, again, sucks.
You’re going to be super emotional and feel crazy. People, especially men, are going to view you like you’re crazy dismissing the way you feel because “hormones”.

No wonder women struggle with connecting with their bodies and loving the unique, powerful way they were created.

Sara Panek and I have decided we want to actively start shifting that dialgue, and we believe the best place to start is with helping our young women understand their bodies through education.

When women learn WHY they feel a certain way and HOW they impact their daily lived experiences, they become EMPOWERED to make decisions that support their life and health goals!
