Intro to Circus Fitness – Ages 16+
Find you new favorite workout, or just try something completely new with Intro to Circus Fitness. This class will give you the chance to try multiple circus apparatuses, and get a fantastic, and unique workout. You’ll get the chance to flip upside down on silks, spin on hoop and swing on trapeze. No fitness or aerial experience is required to attend. Adults of all ages are encouraged to come try something new. We promise you’ll work hard and feel like you’re playing.
