Diving 101

This class teaches beginners the basics of competitive diving at the Midco Aquatic Center. Kids practice approaches, jumps in various body positions, and forward and back dives. To participate in this class, swimmers must be comfortable swimming in deep water without help.

For Ages 7-13.

Registration is required.

First Class is on Jan 7th, 2025.

Jan 7th-Jan 23. Tue and Thur. 6:30-7:30 pm. $30 per priers
