Beginner Adult Aerial Silks Class

Twist yourself up in fabrics by trying an aerial silks class. This class uses two-panel aerial silks and progressively teaches you aerial skills, drops, and sequences. You will start low to the ground and over time you will learn to climb and flip upside down.
