Scarecrow Design Contest Presented by Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation

Come out to our second annual scarecrow building contest! Artists of all ages are welcome to come create their very own scarecrow display. We will provide the hay; you provide the décor for your scarecrows! Scarecrows must be free standing or have their own support system. Participate as a team or as an individual. Our very special judges will vote and prizes will be rewarded to the top scarecrows in the following categories: Best Theme, Cutest Scarecrow, Spookiest Scarecrow & Funniest Scarecrow. Registration is required.
