It’s hosted by Izzi’s Gym, South Dakota’s largest trading card and collectibles store, and built on one simple idea: every kid deserves a big, exciting event they can actually attend, no matter what their family’s budget looks like.\nAdmission is free. That’s not a promotion or a first-hundred-people gimmick. It’s the whole point.\nMost conventions charge at the door, then charge again for everything inside. IZZISCON flips that. We made a deliberate choice to dedicate less space to vendor tables and more space to free things for kids to do. That means inflatables, games, activities, prizes, and surprises throughout the day, all at no cost to families. Kids come to play, trade, discover, and have the kind of day they’ll talk about for the rest of the summer.\nAt its heart, IZZISCON is a celebration of the things kids love right now. Trading cards like Pokemon, One Piece, and Lorcana. Collectibles, toys, games, and the hobbies that bring kids together face to face instead of screen to screen. It’s a place where a seven-year-old can make their first trade, where parents can see what this hobby community is really about, and where local businesses and organizations can show up for the families of Sioux Falls.\nIZZISCON exists because Izzi’s Gym was built as a community store first and a business second. We’ve watched what happens when kids have a welcoming place to gather, and we wanted to give the whole city one big day of that feeling.\nOne day. Free for every kid.
