DESCRIPTION:February is American Heart Month! Have your elementary student join us for Swim for the Heart. Your child will learn about heart anatomy, nutrition, exercise, heart emergencies, and how aquatics can benefit their health. Each participant will complete a “Heart Smart” booklet, play heart-related games, and learn how to take their pulse and track their heart rate. Wear clothes to move around in and bring a swimsuit, towel, and water bottle. Registration required. Free with active pass or daily admission.\nEvent at the Midco Aquatic Center.\nTwo Sections: 1pm-2pm and 2:30pm-3:30pm\n
